United Home Services is a membership-based program. Members pay an annual fee and gain access to our roster of screened service providers. A wide variety of services are available as needed, and members usually pay providers directly. All work is guaranteed by United Home Services.

Annual Fees:

• Membership Fees: $95.00/year

Hourly Rates:

• All non-licensed services: $14/hour to $17/hour

Gutter Cleaning:

• One story home: $22.00
• Two story home: $37.00

Licensed Plumbing:

• $40/hour (additional charge for evenings and weekends)

Licensed Electric:

• $50/hour

Licensed Contractor:

• Free Estimates Upon Request
