Service Performance Guarantee
Each member receives a copy of the UHS Service
Performance Guarantee, spelling out your rights and responsibilities
as a member.
We are committed to satisfying the needs of
each and every member. In order to meet this goal, UHS supervisory
staff regularly communicates with members to ensure that services
are being delivered to the highest standards.
Quality Assurance is important to us. We follow-up
each service call with a member satisfaction phone survey
to ensure complete satisfaction. If we did a good job, tell
us. If we didn't, please let us know so we can correct it
for you, at our expense.
Members must arrange for all services through
the United Home Services office. Services that are not arranged
through and logged in at the United Home Services office are
not covered by our Service Performance Guarantee.
